Ideal for teaching the correct hold on shot game birds.

Dokken’s Dead Fowl was patented by dog trainer Tom Dokken. These dummies were successfully tested with hundreds of gundogs over a five-year period.

The Dead Fowl Dummy’s body is made from soft foam, while the head and feet are made from very hard plastic. The hard, free-swinging head discourages the bad habit of head shaking. Dokken’s Dead Fowl Dummy encourages your retriever to pick up and hold the bird correctly.

Dokken’s Dead Fowl Dummy floats in water.

With the natural weight of a dead bird and the option of using training scents, this training aid is a must-have for your gundog. It closely simulates training with real game.
